Kellen is the best in the business. This was not our first go round home buying, but was our first time in the Bay Area. SUPER DIFFERENT. He stood with us every step of the way, always open and willing to answer questions. Not only is he super knowledgeable about the area, he did such a good job of not being pushy. He was also sooo good at really finding homes that suited our needs.
If you're purchasing a home in the Bay, Kellen is your GUY!

My wife and I bought our dream house in Alameda with Kellen as our agent, after having being somewhat disappointed with the services provided by another agent from another brokerage. He is excellent. Honest, responsive to our communications (even while on vacation), and has a really good handle on the Alameda market in particular. I knew I could trust his judgment in terms of what a house we were interested likely would go for. He also has access to off-market pocket listings. I would not hesitate to use Kellen again or recommend him to others in the market.

We have worked with Kellen for two years now. We recently sold a condo and purchased a home with him. He worked tirelessly to ensure we got maximum value for our money both as seller and buyer. In interviewing Kellen to represent selling our Bay Farm Alameda home, we were immediately impressed by his responsiveness & communication skills, plus felt he had a genuine & honest approach to his clients. Kellen clearly has the experience to conduct successful housing transactions & a local advantage for this very niche Alameda island community (we learned the hard way about working with outside agents - don't do it; go with a local alameda rep to buy or sell in this community!).
I was particularly impressed by Kellen's attention to detail in home walkthrough as he identified hard to spot repair needs & laid out a fantastic plan with access to multiple local vendors (painting, contractors, stagers) in a time intensive window. His other advantage is the largest realtor agency group (Keller Williams) which boasts tons of local Bay Area agents - he can promote houses to this expansive buy side list which on its own beats the singular vertical listing ability of lower cost options like Redfin agents.
Kellen clearly has a passion & experience for this business, cares about his clients, and will make sure clients are in-the-know / confident in his approach given fantastic communications along the way. You won't be disappointed in listing or buying a house with him.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Kellen. Kellen went above and beyond for us. My family was relocating and needed a place to live. Kellen took the time to talk to us and to understand what we were looking for, for our new home. Not only did he find us a great home, he also worked some kind of magic and made it happen in the time frame we where hoping for. Thank you so very much Kellen!

Kellen is unbelievable, full stop. We were looking to move from Oakland to Alameda at the end of 2022, and had been working with an East Bay generalist realtor. But knowing that the Alameda market is very unique, we wanted someone who was local with deep roots. That's where Kellen came in, and truly shined.
We found a townhouse in Bay Farm, and within days, thanks to his savvy connections, had our first offer accepted--with contingencies! And his helpfulness didn't stop there. At every step from offer accepted to close of escrow and beyond, he added invaluable advice. Since this was our first home, and we were a bit overwhelmed, he was super encouraging and made complex things easier to understand. 5 out of 5, would highly recommend.
